RSJ Sports Marketing and Management & Professional Players United Athletic Scholarship
Requirements:

Individuals residing in Springfield, Massachusetts ONLY

U.S. Citizens or Permanent Legal Residents of the United States

High School Seniors and or First Year College Freshman

Athletics, Sports Management, Media Studies, Marketing or Journalism majors with a desire to work in the sports industry

Able to demonstrate financial need and provide proper documentation upon request

Earning a minimum GPA of 3.00

Organizations must have active 501c3 status

Organizations that seek to provide the youth of Springfield, MA access to (sports related) resources, educational tools and support that affords the opportunity for youth to thrive within under-served communities

Able to demonstrate financial need and provide proper documentation upon request

Timberlin’s Grassroots Empowerment Center 501c3 Community Outreach & Social Activism Scholarship
Requirements:
• Individuals residing in Springfield, Massachusetts ONLY
• U.S. Citizens or Permanent Legal Residents of the United States
• High Seniors and or First Year College Students
• Demonstrated interest in volunteering or working to improve their local community through advocacy, social, economic and or environmental change.
• Must have completed 500 hours of community service with a community based organization or led a community-based project to address disparities within their community (supporting letter of reference is required)
• Able to demonstrate financial need and provide proper documentation upon request
• Earning a minimum GPA of 3.00

Greener Timbers “Dream Big” Youth Scholarship
Requirements:
• Individuals residing in Springfield, Massachusetts ONLY
• U.S. Citizens or Permanent Legal Residents of the United States
• First Year College Students
• Psychology (i.e. Health Psychology, Sports Psychology), Health Science, Neuroscience, Social Science, Sports Medicine majors interested in mental health advocacy with a desire to work in the sports industry.
• Able to demonstrate financial need and provide proper documentation upon request
• Earning a minimum GPA of 3.50

• Organizations must have active 501c3 status
• Organizations that seek to provide the youth of Springfield, MA access to resources, educational tools and support that challenges the disproportionate, systemic inequalities that exist and affords the opportunity for youth to thrive within under-served communities.
